- Quality Related Returns: If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns must be in original packaging, no other damage, and include all accessories. If the product does not meet the above requirements, we cannot process your return request.

- Items without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected when they arrive at our returns center.
- The return address will be sent to you via email once the return request is approved. Please do not return the item directly to the address on the website or shipping label, which is NOT the actual return address.
