Build quality was outstanding

It got to me here in Canada, my cat took to it right away with fresh litter. Build quality was outstanding, l did not order a step just improvised with a single plastic step stool from lkea and my 12 year old cat gets in and out no issue, even without a step. l tested all functions before introducing to cat. 4 days in l AM satisfied.

l continue to be impressed with it

Received my box on May 24, and it's been working great ever since. l finally did have to takethe pieces out and do a deep clean yesterday, as bits of litter have been working their way into the rollers, the roller track, and under the silicone liner. But that was maybe a half hourtotal and we were back in business. lt seems to be very well engineered. l continue to be impressed with it.

It Works Well and Is Easy to Use!

I really enjoy this litter box and will be getting two more for my family members. I trust that it is easy enough to operate and reliable enough for them. The open top design also makes my cat much more comfortable in it than my old enclosed auto litter box! I haven't had any problems with it's operation, and it's easy to clean and the build quality feels good. Most importantly, my cat enjoys it!

THIS IS THE ONE

This thing is the GOAT. I actually love the fact that it's open. It was simple to put together and take apart if it needs sanitizing. It operates so smoothly and I find it very quiet. Truly a great design. It amazes me everytime I see it in motion. Kittens had no issue whatsoever transitioning from a regular litter box. Used it immediately. When I tell you this is a life saver...... It's already made life so much easier and now we can go on vacation without any worries. I have zero regrets buying this thing. Definitely recommend this one 10000000%.

So easy to use, great litter box!

I was looking for something easy to use and clean that performed well, and this has been great! I’ve had absolutely no issues with smells and because it’s so so quiet, my kitty hasn’t been scared of it at all and took to it immediately. It’s surprisingly big, I thought size was going to be a problem but it’s actually perfect. My biggest thing was being able to easily scoop litter as soon as possible without it being a massive chore and this has made it so so easy 🥳

It Stopped the Stink!

It was super easy to set up and the basic operation panel/buttons were not intimidating at all! My cats began using the box right away! Most important though is its effectiveness. The box senses when my critters are using it, and when it sty can do its business too. I enjoy no scooping, no smells and less strain on my back when emptying and scooping heavy clumps of kitty messes throughout the day. This box has changed the way that I live in my house and has effectively reduced my anxiety exponentially!

Life-changing

It came completely ready to use out of the box. I never saw it or heard it working. So I was like, is it even working? I opened up the drawer where the used litter goes and saw that it was indeed working. Finally I caught it in motion because it stopped mid-cycle when one of my cats got curious and put a paw in. It waited until the cat left and continued the cycle. It is so quiet -- quieter than my fan, washing machine, dishwasher, laptop fan, air purifier, or dehumidifier, which makes me wonder why those things are so loud.

Waited too long to purchase! Awesome cat box!

I put off buying an automatic cat box for so long from trying previous rake and scoop styles. This is a game changer, as it cant burn out the motor like the past boxes I have had. I spent over a year researching and reading reviews before taking the leap again - NO REGRETS!!! My 3 cats took to it immediately. I did put a step stool in front of it, to make access easier for my big boy. If you have been on the fence, take the leap!
